More Teeth
You know how some days are harder than others? Sometimes, in my toddler world, some weeks are harder than others. This past week was just odd... something was up with him. He was more fussy. He had lots of odd diapers and issues with GI stuff. His eating was odd (up and down on eating great and then hardly eating). His behavior was not great... only with Mama, by the way, he was good for Daddy! He was just testing me more than ever and I would say "no" and then he'd do it anyway. It was just trying. I mean, we are talking, a total melt down in the middle of Wal-Mart and me rushing to pay as fast as possible. He's never like that. What was up? One day, I thought maybe he was sleepy. His sleep patterns have been odd too!! One day, I thought he ate something bad that was making him feel bad. I kept trying to figure it out. He's usually so easy and so sweet. So, today, as I was changing yet another odd poop diaper and making him laugh... His mouth was open... And I was able to spot another molar!?! What? TEETHING! I was not EVEN thinking that had been going on. He's not even 2 yet. And all of his other teething has been on time or even "late" by the books.
Sometimes, you have to see something you have not thought of yet for your life to make sense.
9 The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.

11 For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. 12 Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. 13 You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. 14 I will be found by you," declares the LORD, "and will bring you back from captivity. -Jeremiah 29:11-14
